Privacy Policy

The short version

Ontario G1: Practice Test does not collect, store or share any personal information. There is no account, no sign-up, no advertising and no tracking.

Your study progress

Your answers, favourites, scores and review schedule are saved only on your own device (in the app's local storage or your browser's local storage). They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app, clearing your browser data, or using "Reset all progress" in Settings removes them.

Purchases

In the Android and iOS apps you can make an optional one-time purchase. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your name, card or payment details; the app only receives confirmation that the purchase was made so it can unlock the content.

No ads, analytics or third-party tracking

The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking code, and it does not use cookies.

Links to other websites

The app links to a few outside websites, such as the Official MTO Driver's Handbook on ontario.ca, DriveTest, and PassNPPE (passnppe.ca, from the same makers). Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Children

The app is meant for people preparing for the Ontario G1 knowledge test (age 16 and up). Because it collects no personal information, it collects none from children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
